He came back the very next day with the parts, and installed them and cleaned everything with my dryer. Once again, within a half hour. My 20 year old dryer is like new! He is very nice, polite, well spoken, very clean and neat, on top of being very knowledgeable, and fast, but not reckless. He is precise and logical. No fooling around. Well, it was 2pm the next day and my Dad never heard from him, so my Dad text him twice asking if he was coming, no response. He then called him once, no response. Finally, at 5pm Frankie responded that my Dad was bothering him and to leave him alone. Zero class. Do NOT use!"
