He's taken projects where our schedules matched up and unfortunately due to timing there were two major projects he wasn't able to take as our schedules didn't match up and I needed it done sooner and I had to go with someone else. Lesson here being try to adjust to his schedule as he'll do it better than the other guy. Projects he took on 10+ years ago are still solid and have not needed any follow up.
