"Worst place ever and even expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house. They glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hang the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached , mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone! Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done. They refused to refund the $200 paid. We have called them many times after , they did not answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and please closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160 (20% less). Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we have everything documented. Avoid this place!!! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!"

I'd recommend him to anyone and hire him again. Our unit was broken, he sorted out what was wrong, serviced the machine and fixed it. He could have bilked us for a new machine, but only did what was needed."

The next day the unit stopped working. We called back and they sent a second tech who said we needed a new thermostat. They replaced the thermostat which did no good. A third tech was sent out and discovered the unit had no freon due to a hole in the evaporator coil. They charged us $1153 in addition to the almost $300 for a maintenance agreement. We had not had any trouble with the unit until we made the mistake of calling this company. The first technician obviously caused the damage to the coil during his visit. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AS IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNTRAINED TECHNICIANS."

"Do not trust this company. I had annual maintenance performed and was told everything looked good, however, the unit did not turn on at all when the technician left. When he came back the following day, he said the motor was broken -- funny how I had no problems before he touched the unit, and how this was not mentioned to me during the original appointment. He says he heard a noise but it had gone away. The technician went outside to call the company then told me they would call me and left. The company did not call me, so I called them and spoke to a man who told me it would be $800 to fix the unit. I told him I paid for a service and ended up with a broken unit, and he said he had to call the technician, despite just having just spoken to him. He said he would call me back and he never did. I made several attempts to call and sent an email to customer service and still -- 5 days later I have not received a response via phone or email. I was left with no A/C on a weekend and had to hire someone on a Saturday to fix my issue. I discovered a slew of other issues with not cleaning the unit properly, etc., through this new technician. This company preys on people who just call the number on the sticker on their unit for service and trust that it's the right thing to do. They do not care about you - they just want your money."
