"I hired Mikalai to replace a patio screen door that was damaged from hurricane Milton. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and professional. He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo. The pictures include 2 ?before? and the ?after? which is the pretty white door that looks new lol."

"Joe and Alice were very pleased to hire James Gabor to finish a fence project someone else we hired had started. This hired handyman just abandoned this Fence project three weeks ago. I called Angi's List for Licensed Professional Businesses and James Gabor answered our phone call immediately and set up an appointment the next day early Sunday morning. I explained to him exactly what needed to be done for completing our yard wood panel fence project with cutting a few cement slabs and some trimming of fence post tops. He also needed to check already put up fence wood panels that were screwed in crocked. James was very acknowledgeable about what was needed to finish this uncompleted fence project. I felt confident with his manner of telling me he was wanting to come as soon as possible and had all the tools for cutting, the cement, cementing the last two fence posts, leveling the dirt and using the cement cut pieces to put in the space from the cement pieces cut in order to extend the back area of the fence near the side of the fence. He also removed the chain link fence attached to the back side chaining fence going down the right side of the house's yard. He meticulously loosened the screws in the top half of the uneven fence posts that had been put up and redrilled the screws so he could straighten the posts, there were fence post tool clamps he attacked to the bottom of the posts while working on them. When he mixed the cement for the few fence posts he had a hand held rotating drill mixer he mixed the water and cement mix together in a big bucket to pour the cement. He worked hard and fast, never taking any break, constantly checking everything walking in the back and front areas of this whole fence. I was very impressed with his work ethic! He also was polite and was very accomodating if I asked questions while he was working. He finished all my fence wood project in three hours!! He is very professional, cleaned up any cuttings of posts and excess wood pieces from trimming. He also carried the taken down poles and small piece of chain link fence into the back yard area which was a little ways walk from where he was working. He also carried the small piece of leftover excess a cut fence panel back into the side area of the house back yard. He made this wood fence project all lined up right to the side of the house look very nice. I kept saying Thank you to him. Please hire him for any renovations you need done. He is very good and a perfectionist at any kind of house or building project you need done. You will not be led astray at all he is very organized and punctual. He worked mostly alone and never complained. The job fee he presents to a client is well deserved by his knowledgeable job skills Thank you, James Gabor Renovations LLC. "The project was to remove a buried cement fish pond that had been buried decades ago by previous owners. The area of the lawn where the buried pond was would not grow grass well and did not drain after rain because whoever buried it did not break up the concrete or put holes in it so the water would drain. We thought it was a shallow pond a foot or two deep. They were going to dig it out by hand, but discovered it was over 4 feet deep at the shallow end and 7 feet deep at the deep end. What originally was going to be a quick simple project turned into a 3 week project and required excavator equipment to remove the old cement which was reinforced with rebar. Cameron kept us informed and got the job done even with all the challenges. We are happy with the result and would recommend MorgranCraft and would hire again for other projects."

"He did a good job and I'm happy with the work. And I thought it was a fair price, but he charged me with cheque and he shouldn't have done that. Then that is not my issue. That's Angi's issue. Because Angi did not get paid, did not get any money for this job and I know that Angi is in the business. Now, they've inserted themselves in between the vendor and the consumer. And that's why Angi is able to make more money than they used to, because they changed their format. I understand all that. I don't really have a problem with that, but I was not aware that the second handyman was going to show up in my door and he did. And he's the one I got charged for and that person did not do the work."
