Unlike the two previous companies who were hired to do the same job...and botched the repair by only putting on band-aids, Home2Renovate came through by actually fixing my problem! Two company project managers sat with my wife and I and walked us through the process, explaining each step. They took photos of the damaged areas and pointed out other potential problems with the roof. After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work.
