Two company project managers sat with my wife and I and walked us through the process, explaining each step. They took photos of the damaged areas and pointed out other potential problems with the roof. After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work. "Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. "I had a tile roof repair. We were concerned about some of areas that had water damage and wanted to be around the day of the repair to see if additional work would be required. They came out and provided a quote (2 hours late for the scheduled time) and a day and time was arranged when someone would be home for the actual repair work to be completed. The roofer showed up on the wrong day and completed the repair while no one was available and therefore we have no idea what damage was done or what the conditions were under the tile. I called the company and after almost a week have never received a call back. The work seems to be satisfactorily completed, but the customer service is horrible."
