"After calling several companies in regards to tankless water heaters, we set an appointment with Kevin who was professional and knowledgable about these energy efficient water heaters.  We decided to go with Baltica because of their "can do" attitude.  They knew what was possible and what was not, even providing us with several options on where to place the water heaters and what else we could do with our piping.  Since we bought a multi-unit building that was built in the 1930s, they were very helpful in suggesting replacing certain pipes and fixtures.  Even while they were relocating pipes, they noticed an unused space behind the wall and suggested that we build a storage room.  We have since built the room and have increase our square footage and storage space (thanks Val!!).
