"This company is absolutely amazing I have yet to meet somebody that makes mostly all of their materials from their own sawmill and can make doors, trim shelves, custom encasements, and just about anything vanitys countertops, fencing framing it’s absolutely amazing. Their work speaks for itself and I give them five stars all day and the amount of money they saved me on my remodel was 50% less than any other contractor out of the seven we had estimates from"

"Matt Rowell helped us design and build an in home wine cellar. He redesigned the room and built a climate controlled wine wall and glass cabinets to hold stemware. The project involved laying new hardwood flooring inside the space, creating a moisture barrier, insulation, plastering, installing a cooling system, installation of large double hung doors, building and installing wine racks and more. Matt was easy to work with. He arrived when he said he would and worked hard. He is very knowledgeable in a lot of areas. His architectural background is an added bonus. We loved Matt and was very happy we chose him for our project."

"Scott and his crew are AMAZING!! Scott returned our call on the same day. He discusses all the cost associated with you project in a very timely manner. Scott and his crew are very respectful, friendly and certainly know exactly what they are doing. Scott stands by his and his crew's work. My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled . We also had our daughter's bedroom wall removed so that our living room was enlarged and a corner fireplace installed. Don't bother looking anywhere else. If you've called Phoenix Property Ventures, you've called the best!!!"

"Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. He has replaced a deck for me, repaired a wall in my bedroom, replaced a hose in my kitchen faucet and several other projects I needed help with. His work is excellent and prices are good. He is detailed and keeps me informed all along the process. I already have asked him to come back for a few smaller repairs!"
