"We recently had Exteron replace our entire roof and couldn't be happier with the result. The team was very organized, professional and respectful of our property. They replaced some damaged plywood underneath which was expected and also redid the flashing around our chimney. Charlie kept us informed throughout the project and showed us pictures of the work as it progressed. The new roof looks fantastic and the cleanup afterward was excellent"

"We had our old wooden deck removed and replaced with a new 12x12 Trex deck, and we’re very happy with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They completed the project on a fast timeline without sacrificing quality, and the finished deck looks great. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for deck work."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Tomas did an excellent job replacing my 20ft high drywall ceiling that was damaged due to leaking roof. He replaced two panels and put a layer of primer. He was very professional and kept on time and budget."

"Initially wanted to install an interior sliding door to a new area. They did an incredibly great job. Also had them paint numerous rooms, replaced and installed all new toilets, added custom mirror in bathroom, lighting fixture, built retaining wall in backyard, repaired Mortis locks, new storm door, beautiful handrails for entrance stairs. They were very flexible and accommodating. They are very professional. Their workmanship is superb."

"I am extremely happy with the installation of the windows. From the beginning of the project they were professional."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"Sky Tech construction located in Ringwood New Jersey did an amazing job replacing our very old roof and replacing the gutters! Look no further and contact Sky Tech. The owner Dave was very professional, prompt and conscientious. Estimate of the work to be completed was right on target. Having two excellent staff workers in the company office was a real plus when asking a question or getting any updates. The team of roofers did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They did not take any shortcuts. When needed they replaced plywood and did a very complete restoration of roof. They were on time, polite and hard working.
