They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. "Got an estimate for digging a trench (with pipes that conduct the water into the sump pump) on the inside of the basement walls and then installing a larger sump pump.Professional: came when he was supposed to, was not trying to push me on it or to sell me on more than I needed.
