"It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. "AFFORDABLE ROOFING was able to squeeze me in between his last project and the next much bigger project because my roof was leaking and the next on agreed to wait a few days longer since his was not an immediate emergency! He utilized far better materials then the original ones and added a new type of weather shield and better flashing and 30 year tiles with a 10 year labor warranty! I would use him again for other projects and he is coming back to do a long list of small interior jobs.
