Cleared pipes all the way to the connection to city sewer lines. Left stickers on pipe documenting date of service, length of snake required, and his number in case we needed a call back. Very professional, gave us preventive advice, didn't leave until he had tested all the drains. We heard that "sucking sound" in the drains for the first time in years!
