"From the phone call to the office to request service to the 2 men who started and completed the job I could not have asked for better service. Rodger who came out first was friendly and professional finding the problem and getting the parts ordered. The company even gave us electric heaters to use for the night so we didn't have to freeze. The parts came in and were installed today and I have heat once again. I will certainly use this company again for any plumbing or a/c heater needs. <br />"

"Mark was recommended by a coworker last year when my son needed some work done on his mobile home. Mark shows up when he says he will be there. He is very professional as well as friendly, easy to talk to and very well priced. He has done a small job for me that took him a matter of 10 minutes. He fit us in between jobs and we could not be more pleased with him. I highly recommend Mark for plumbing needs. He is busy so an appointment does help, he will do his best to work you in sooner if it is an emergency situation. If he is not able to do the job because of other work he is doing he can recommend some one who he feels will do just as good of a job as he does. I give Mark 8 stars out o <br />"

"Kitchen sink problem solved. Appreciate responsiveness - they came the same day I called them. I also like the M&S Club membership and having them come over and check furnace and AC annually to troubleshoot and prevent future problems. The price quoted in this review is the reduced price for Club members and does not include the cost of the faucet itself or Club membership annual dues."
