"Found Pibi Tile on Angie's List on a Thursday morning.  Left a message at about 8am.  Immediately had a return call from Raul.  I described the project over the phone (we had already purchased the tile and had it in the house).  Raul gave me an estimated price that seemed reasonable.  He asked when we would like to start, and I told him as soon as possible.  He said he could have an installer at my house by 10:30am that day!  The installer arrived right on time, and stayed until about 7PM, when he had completed the entire installation.  He said they would be back the next day to install the grout.  They again arrived right on time and finished the grouting by noon on Friday.  I still can't believe that I made a call on a Thursday morning and had a beautifully installed floor by Friday afternoon!  The installer arrived again on Monday, and spent about two hours replacing cracked tiles and grout in our kitchen floor, and did an excellent job on these repairs as well.  Raul came by Monday afternoon to review the work and make sure we were satisfied.  We paid for the whole project at that time.  I would highly recommend Pibi Tile.  They are responsive, punctual, exceeded our expectations and did very nice tile work."
