Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

"We hired Ronnie to refinish a floor hidden beneath carpet. Turned out the carpet was there for a reason. He offered several method of dealing with the floor: repair, replace with bare wood and finish and replace with prefinished wood. We chose the latter. He arrived at the appointed time (on a Sunday!) and job was done in 6.5 hours including ripping out and disposing of the old floor. Noisy job as expected but very efficient. Price was as agreed upon."
