Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
