"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

"Brandon and his crew dug a 3 foot deep 75 foot long ditch for a new water line through a heavily landscaped terrace where a mechanical ditch cutting machine could not be used. I cannot begin to describe all the ways they were thoughtful about the project and careful to preserve the existing landscape. He had to reschedule the first meeting for the job estimate because of a time conflict, but we met the next day. The following day his crew showed up and completed the project in just two day. The ditch location required cutting through hard clay. The company can apparently do many different kinds of projects besides landscaping. I will definitely hire Brandon and his crew again for other projects."

"Working with Tri-State Complete Home Repair was a wonderful overall experience. Tim ensured that the best, most reliable professionals were assigned to my basement remodel job, and he always went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the end product. Richard and Andy also did phenomenal work on my basement, doing everything from pouring new concrete footers to installing new metal support beams, adding stability to my home and buying me valuable piece of mind. They did this while meeting the specific criteria that we had negotiated beforehand, and even took a few opportunities to deliver additional things that I did not even originally ask for (removing newly unnecessary walls, removing shelving, etc.), at no extra cost. Very cool, kind folks. Halfway through my basement remodel, I also identified a need for a boiler repair - Tim got someone on the job within days, and my boiler is now quieter than it has ever been. "On the plus side, Anthony was highly knowledgeable. He offered unique explanations and features like surrounding our basketball hoop to help prevent injury, and â  pin-ingâ  to existing concrete to prevent sag. Anthony started work right on schedule with only a verbal agreement. The finished concrete looks mostly great although some discoloration which we hope will cure out. On the minus side, crew was sloppy and inconsiderate when Anthony was not present. Idle workers leaned on neighbors and our fencing which was not sturdy. Piles of mud and rocks placed in neighbor's yard and our new deck despite ample yard space. After I washed the deck off in full view, others brought more mud and rock on the deck to plug in tools despite other outlets being used tools. Workers urinated in bushes. On completion, did not backfill dirt as proposed. We had to wash neighbor's fence, plus wash our surfaces including basketball pole, mailbox and pole which had concrete residue. Concrete residue still covers the street and gutter a month later."

"John and Dillon are amazing professionals, extremely polite, understanding of our project and the work we wanted accomplished. Our needs changed as we described our issues as they began work on the initial French drain and back patio steps. John was able to adapt to our request and install a second drainage system to reduce the water pooling issue in the backyard. He and his son kept the site clean between work days, thorough site cleanup upon completion (street, sidewalk, work areas) and completed the work quickly with the nice break in Cincinnati weather. We will absolutely call John and Dillon again for our next home improvement project!"
