There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Bob and his crew are true professionals. We've had water issues in the lower level of our raised ranch/garage side since we purchased the property a few years ago. We brought in several basement waterproofing companies for quotes and were feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of work most companies were proposing. In comes Global. Bob met with us (on time) and proposed a system that was very simple and straight-forward. He drew up the plans and quoted me a price on-site during our consultation. To our surprise, not only was the system comparable in terms of specs, performance and warranty to the competition, but it was half the average price of his competitors. I also didn't require things such as busting up our driveway, having to tie into city drainage, or mandatory regular service from the installer in order to keep the warranty. Bob and crew showed up on time the day the job was scheduled for and got right to work. They had everything installed and wrapped up about 3 hours ahead of what they originally quoted. Everything was left clean and neat and looked great. Bob went over everything in detail before leaving and made sure we were happy with the work. Best of all, everything is nice and dry! We look forward to having them back to install a patio for us, too. Give Global a chance and I doubt you'll be disappointed!"

"We had a very unique basement water situation - part of our house was built on ledge and all winter and spring we lived with a pool of water on that ledge, which we had to pump out daily. We had half a dozen waterproofing companies come out and basically no one would touch this with a ten foot pole. Not a single company came up with a viable solution and many simply never called us back. Until John Lapan. He came up with a plan to lay drain pipes on the ledge that would tie into the main cellar's existing drainage system, instill a sump pump, and cover the entire ledge with concrete. He did say the project was a bit like using a sledgehammer on a tack, but to us, it was essential because it took what was an incredibly stressful situation and simply eliminated it. Not only was the water issue resolved, but what was once dead space became functional storage space. The photos attached show the before and after photos. This was not a small project - it took about a week and involved a team of workers, all of whom were incredibly professional and polite. For his creative problem solving and outstanding professionalism, Lapan deserves every praise I can offer. I am remiss in not posting this review until now, but I can say that it has been one year since the work was done and we have not had a drop of water in the basement. This winter was so much less stressful than last! We still speak often about how much we appreciate Lapan's work and what a difference it made in our home."

"<p>Without exaggeration if Steve and his crew could not fix my problem I was ready to sell the brand new house I had just bought.  My house and property sit on a very high water table and besides having the foundation leak every time there was a heavy rain, the sump pump cycled every three or four minutes, was very loud and the backflow was loud enough to keep me from sleeping as the sump system  is nearly directly under my bed.</p> <p>I emailed Real Dry Waterproofing using their web site's form.  I described a desperate situation and Steve Wall called the next afternoon which was a Sunday.  I once again described my situation and Steve said he would be here the next day.  I must say I was a bit emotional when describing my situation to Steve.  As a recent widow having purchased a brand new house and receiving very little cooperation from the builder, I felt angry and taken advantage of.  My builder said all building codes had been met but that was little comfort when both my basement and property flooded during heavy rains and I couldn't sleep in my bedroom.</p> <p>Steve listened patiently and made suggestions.  When I starting having these problems, I did a lot of online research and had talked to a local site developer and from what I had learned Steve's suggestions were thorough and the price he quoted was fair.</p> <p>The next day Steve, John and Brian arrived on time and Steve had giving my situation further thought and came up with an alternative that saved me $700.00.  Steve and his crew did the work quickly with very little disruption and were super careful of my two cats. </p> <p>At the end of the day, the new floor drain was installed to prevent the water coming in the bulkhead stairs, the new perimeter drainage system installed to keep water from pooling against the foundation and the new sump setup was quiet.  However I have very good hearing and to reduce the last little bit of noise  I suggested that insulating between the joists and added ceiling board would reduce the noise to nothing.  I asked if Steve knew of anyone who could do that kind of work immediately.  He said that he, John and Brian could do it if I would understand that that is not their business.  I didn't care what it looked like as long as the last of the noise was eliminated.</p> <p>The next day Steve and his crew showed up and began the insulating and installing the ceiling board.  They needed a few more hours the next day to finish.  Both the price he charged me and the work itself was wonderful.  The ceiling looked fine and it was a blessing to be able to go to bed and sleep without tossing and turning because of the sump system noise.  </p> <p>I am very impressed with Steve's knowledge, skill and compassion.  He and his crew respected my house, my cats and me!  I consider what he charged more than fair, in fact a bargain indeed.  I would certainly use Steve's company again but I know that it will be many, many years before I need to.  I will recommend Real Dry Waterproofing to any and all I come across who need these services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"They are good on minor plumbing. They are one of these people who charge you an hour to start with. They've been around a long time. They have one guy who does minor plumbing stuff who we are familiar with him. He has a kind of good bedside manner. They have staff on some other stuff. It's still a good firm. Make sure you have somebody on the staff that is familiar with your equipment. They are mainstream here on price. They are not cheap but they are not out of the ballpark. What was done was fine. It was good quality and it was excellent. They were responsive and punctual."

"Clean job, very professional, system is very high end, drain does what it says it will do. I no longer have smell or water in basement. Dehumidification is very high end. Craig is very responsive crew did great job. Its expensive but worth it if you want a dry basement. Highly recommend. You get what you pay for. "Recently my well water pump burned out. I called LaFrambose and they had a replacement pump installed the next day. Very polite and professional from the management right on down to the crew that did the installation. They worked well past their normal working hours in that they had a problem with the earlier job they were on and understandably as a result the arrived late.They even called me to let me know that they were going to be late and were very apologetic. Even so, the guys were still polite and very efficient. "They know their stuff". I would recommend this company to anyone. AAA+++. Cost was about what I expected from other estimates, and the quality was right on."
