We waited out the weather, touching base now and then. A few times it took a couple of days to get back to us through email, but I wouldn't call that "unresponsive" at all. I think every call and email was returned. When the snow was nearly gone and we had company coming into town and wanted to see if he could start and finish within a certain week, Barry made it happen. They didn't quite have the last gate up before our guests came with their dog, but Barry and his worker made sure to secure any openings over the weekend. They cleaned up really well, leveled out dirt, closed any small gaps in the link near the ground. <br /> Overall, I'd highly recommend Barry's Fence. They did a great job, and seem like they do care about the quality of their work and whether we were happy with the result. We've had fences built in other houses, and this was a better experience than those. <br />"
