Reasonably priced, fast to come out and give an estimate and I had the installation done less than a week later! Guys were young but knew what they were doing (I love seeing younger people working in the trades) - they worked fast and were super pleasant and polite. Everything looks great. It will be nice to not have rust holes in my gutters that pour out water on the path I take to get into my car! ha!"

"One of the company owners came to inspect the job as the men were leaving. He noticed a billing error in the amount the estimator/salesman had charged and said he would return to his office and call me back with the refund amount I was owed because I was overcharged for the job. Within an hour he called to tell me I would get a considerable refund of over $2300 back! The check arrived two days later! I don't know of many businesses that might work so hard to do the right thing by a customer as Tim and Keith did at Pro. I was very impressed by their integrity. A few days later there was a huge rainstorm and there was a small drip coming from one of the new gutter seams. I called the company and within two days Pro sent out a crew that fixed the leak and rechecked and recaulked all the joints around my house to make extra sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend Pro as an ethical company to do business with and say the company is very concerned about customer satisfaction and good service."
