John was at the condo today to repair a toilet that was not installed properly by my contractor. It was leaking waste water by the base of the toilet onto the floor (super gross). The electrician came to the house, assessed and determined my wants and needs, and scheduled repair for the following day.

The technician was well groomed and uniformed with his name so it made it easy to identify who he was ,very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and or concerns, told me how long it would take, and completed the job in its entirety as promised. There was no mess AT ALL. A nice clean professional job!

I was very happy about the job, but more so because my wife was so happy and excited to see the end product.
