"Mike called me right away to set up the appt. and came on New Year's Eve day to do the job since it was a warm enough day to clean gutters. He pointed out one particular problem area that was plugged up. Unfortunately, that area was still plugged up when I returned and he was done. When he returned later that night for his money, I told him and he promised to return and fix the problem---which he did. I have a very large/tall house so the price was $200----don't know if that is a bit high but since I didn't have the means to do it myself and it really needed to be done to help solve seepage into the basement, I suppose this was fair."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

"All Drain Plumbing resolved an on-going sewer problem that other plumbers did not. Hopefully their solution of water jetting our clogged drain pipes will last long term. As of today, our plumbing is working fine and there is a noticeable improvement ovee what we experienced previously with other plumbers who provided short term fix."
