"Scott, the owner, arrived on time on the date agreed to for the project evaluation.  He explained the various options that was available for a small space.  He was very professional and gave us confidence that he would be a good person  with whom to deal.  The price he presented was reasonable.  He signed the contract.  A few days later we were contacted by the installer Jeff Rosen.  We agreed on a date and time for measuring the closet.  Jeff arrived on time, and he was also very professional.  We noted that we needed the project to be completed by the end of January.  Jeff gave us confidence that the job would be done on time.  The job was completed in one day and on schedule.  The quality of the job was great.  The installation was done seamlessly and cleanly.  We are very happy with the results.  Without question we would use Shelf Genie and Jeff in the future. <br />"
