Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding repair or partial replacement pros in South Orange, NJ

"I chose their install or Repair siding for their reputation, and they delivered excellence in every aspect of my install or Repair siding project."

"Hired them to tear down a deck that was built over a 1st floor mudroom as an emergency exit for the tenants upstairs on a multi family property. The deck was settling on top of the roof and began to leak into the mudroom every time it rained because there was no clearance between the wood and the roofing and the water was pooling then falling through to the interior of the house. Skyline construction group demoâ d the entire thing in one day and prepped the new footings for the new deck (previous footings were slabs of wood and not built to code). Day 2, they built the new deck and staircase. Day 3 they finished the railings and inspection. The total cost was 6800 dollars which might be a little more than I was quoted elsewhere... But I ultimately trusted this company over others. They were professionals. Itâ s the little things that add up and make the experience better. Bringing a tablet and a keyboard attachment for paperwork and signing documents electronically. Calling up other employees and putting them on speaker phone for a more accurate quote. Never once trying to turn one job into 10 jobs or pretend the world was exploding and we needed more money to save the day. Just a smooth process beginning to end. Will hire again. Thank you so much."

"Replacement of the deck, garage door and bathroom were done quickly and satisfactorily. Would hire again."

"Pro line construction Kind, smart and efficient. Initial evaluation was thorough and actually went up on the roof to see the problem area, then fully explained. It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! Call them with your issues."

"This company replaced my old siding with new siding. They did a pretty good job, and I am very satisfied with them. I would recommend them to everyone."

"They did a siding, chimney and roof repair for us"

"Ronald was excellent. After I sent him a picture of a section of siding hanging off my house, he quickly provided two quotes. One to reattach the existing siding and in another case a replacement piece was needed. He arrived the very next morning as promised and fixed the siding right away. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you, Ronald."

"Acorn was great. As a first time homeowner, I appreciated the recommendations they made for replacing the old insulation in our attic and getting the largest bang for our buck. At the same time, they didn't try to upsell us on things other contractors recommended. Overall, the price was competitive and the work quality was high."

"It went great so happy with the job they're expertise and professionalism is unsurpassed the best explanation Manny is my new go to contractor for my exterior work I had been renovating old houses for 40 yrs and never had a job done so smoothly and expertly. I am very picky and intentional in my renovation and they did a superb job! I highly recommend Manny and his team."

"We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. Any request we had during the construction was addressed promptly. This company is very honest, reliable and attentive to detail. After the house was sided, the men cleaned up and our house looks better than we could have ever hoped for. We would definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again in the spring to work on an addition."
