"Joe and his team did a superb job replacing my old roof. Thanks for squeezing me in to your schedule and completing the job so quickly. You said 4 days and you were right. Thanks again. Looking forward to working with you and your team to replace sidings."

"We hired Four Seasons again (after they redid our siding) to replace our existing roof, which was about 15 years old and in bad shape. We were so impressed with the speed in which they completed the job (less than 1 day). Everyone we dealt with, from Oscar, to Donna, to our roofing foreman, were courteous and professional. Their workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"As always, a job well done. Looking for a contractor that stands behind their work; a contractor who’s seeking a long-term relationship with their customers; not one and done, grab the money and run? Look no further than Major Homes of Bayside. Major Homes replaced my roof about 7 years ago. Recently, after high wind storms in my neighborhood, Jason Kersch, owner of Major Homes, happened to drive by and noticed a few loose shingles on my roof (I never noticed them). He called me and arranged to immediately have them replaced – free of charge! I’ve been a customer of Major Homes for 30 years. Over that period, they have: installed new windows, siding, roofing along with heavy duty gutters and downspouts, skylights, front door, wood flooring, completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom. In addition, they have completely renovated a kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my son’s condominium. (unlike a private home, condominiums are a bit unique in that you must work closely with property managers, following all their rules and regulations to include providing them all necessary certificates of insurance, pass their inspection and get satisfactory sign off for completed work from the condo’s property manager). Without hesitation, if you’re planning any home renovations, I strongly suggest you contact Major Homes and judge for yourself. They will discuss, in detail, various alternatives, provide fair, competitive pricing, complete work as scheduled with competent, professional project managers and workers."

"Aldo the Handyman (and his crew) expertly completed roof and trim repairs, and replaced the front half of my roof, along with covering the trim in aluminum. Aldo is a consummate professional. His pricing is outstanding and the quality of work is superb. Finally, Aldo is a good man who exhibits a high degree of integrity."

"It looks beautiful. The raw walls and ceiling were insulated and drywalled. They kept visible some of the original features - ceiling bracing, door - as requested. Electrical elements were redone or relocated as needed. A nice durawood floor was installed."

"All thanks to Integrity Roofing for finally solving the rain leak over my kitchen sink! We had water issues for years but couldn't figure out the problem until the owner, Rocky, came out. He found the source immediately and even pointed out a few other potential issues, which we are incredibly grateful for.Unfortunately, we had a very difficult schedule to work around, but Rocky was completely accommodating and made it work. We will definitely be using Integrity Roofing to fix our roof in the near future. Highly recommend!"

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"I called and they responded immediately.. Came out to house and gave a reasonable estimate for job.. I hired them and they had the job done in two days, workers were nice and friendly. They matched my siding and you can not even tell where the new siding was installed. Very happy with the job they did, decided to get to do my gutters also, and get a estimate for them to paint and seal my new deck. Patricia P"

"This review is for siding but they also installed a new roof and also rebuilt our shed. The team was excellent and very hard working even in hot weather. Ronald is very easy and pleasant to talk to and always answered our questions in a professional manner. Our house looks fantastic! I am so pleased with everything they did. I would gladly recommend their services without hesitation."
