"Mr. Ratliff totally re-built the decorative block wall around our brick patio and relaid the bricks of the floor which had become unlevel and in disrepair due to tree roots disrupting the surface. He was skilled in his work and fair in his price. We especially valued that he kept his word--he did what he said he would do; did it when he said he would do it; and he did it very very well. He worked us into his schedule very quickly, and we appreciated that so much as we really needed the work done before the winter and snow arrive. He and his helper were very polite, which is always valued..but beyond that, they were "kind"...a quality that is a step above polite customer service."

Lane at Maurer Masonry took a more comprehensive approach to address our leaks. Beside needed tuck point, he had concerns about the flashing and other roofing issues around the chimney. After consulting Carlson roofing, he showed us photos of our chimney and flashings and recommended tuck-point and fixing several roofing related problems to stop the leak. Lane was good at communicating with us and was punctual. Both he and the roofer were very meticulous at their work. They fixed the leaks!!! Now, he is hired for another project on our property."
