"First Eugene worked extremely well addressing my concerns what I wanted balancing quality and price. I had improper ventilation and roof leeks resulting in mold and wood issues. He advised me of the options for proper ventilation and and wood cost and priced several quality levels for the shingles. Installation was started when promised. They found that much of the roof had wood so damaged that a nail could be pulled by hand. They finished in one day even having to replace 50 sheets of OSB, remove box vents and install new ridge vents. 8 soffit vents were added and 3 gable vents were closed a few days after the roof was done bringing the ventilation to a proper level and up to code. The price estimated at about $11,100 included some wood and the soffit vents. Extra wood at the time I contracted for the job cost me an extra 2,200 but that would be higher today. PS I expect good service and have never given a all 5 star rating in my 72 years."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"

"That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. It cleared up within 24hrs.These are our 2nd replacement windows and the difference is quite amazing...No air leaks and quieter in the house. I think the proper installation is the key. "Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.

"Great. Had them replace 9 windows and a doorwall. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. Total job was done in about 4 hours or so. They have also replaced our gutters and 3 windows in my kids room previously. Will definitely consider them when it comes times to replace our roof and doors."
