"My Sprinkler Issue: I have a 3 valve system, with a controller (2 for the lawn, one for the garden, all pop-up sprinklers). One of the valves broke and was not actuating. This caused severe water hammer that could be heard in the house, and the pop-up heads to pulsate and leak water. Pre Install: Oswald was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed up to the initial appointment on time, was quickly able to detect the issue and provide a reasonable cost & time estimate for the job. (I got other quotes to compare scope and price and his was in line with the type of work that was needed to fix the issue. He clearly had more experience than some of the other contractors recommended in my area). Installation & Clean Up: On the day of the repair, he came early and finished early. He was able to reuse some existing hardware and lower the fees so the overall project cost came in under budget! He cleaned up the area better than he left it. All wires were secured, new controller box properly installed, provided clear instructions & user manual. He even took the scrap valves and debris. BOTTOM LINE: I would highly recommend going with Oswald for any sprinkler system installation and/or repair."
