We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"We got price quotes from the major "leaf guard/gutter helmet" type companies and went to the Columbia Home Show at the SC State Fairgrounds to see the demonstrations to determine which product really worked best, because we were tired of having to get the gutters cleaned all the time (expensive and/or time-consuming, dirty and dangerous). LEAF FILTER's demonstration and quality (stainless steel mesh) proved to be the best by far and their quote was on par with the others. I did think it was expensive since they just install the covering to our existing gutters, rather than replacing the entire gutters, and the whole job just took a couple of hours, but we've gotten a lot of really heavy rain this summer and the gutters seem to be working well. There is one place where the water flows over the gutter, but it's in a corner that has lots of water channeled to that area, so really nothing will prevent that from happening during a very heavy downpour. We had to wait for other work on our home's exterior to be completed prior to having this work done, and Leaf Filter kept in touch regularly to see how everything was progressing, and as soon as we could schedule the work, they came right away and did it quickly and cleanly."
