"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"John and his team are phenomenal. They responded to our request immediately, came out to scope the job which they completed beautifully in a matter of a couple of days. They fixed our grout issues, regrouted the shower and other areas that showed wear over time. They matched the existing grout perfectly. They are also incredibly neat workers - no mess at all nor clean-up necessary on our part. Would use again in a heartbeat!"

I had a very small, dingy, claustrophobic shower (32" x32") in a very cramped bathroom (6' x 6') that was in desperate need of replacement. PBR took the time to understand my needs and the restrictions of the room and transformed the area. PBR coordinated all details of the project from getting permits, to delivery of materials, and to scheduling the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician. Every workman was talented, courteous and professional; best of all they showed upon time and made every effort to minimize the unavoidable mess caused by remodeling in a very old house. "Dolan did a total remodel of my master bath in August of 2018. It was very pricey but I've gone with the cheaper options in the past and have found that you get what you pay for. I love the way my bathroom turned out and based on that job, I would have given them A for just about everything. I recommended them without reservation. I then hired them again in March 2018 to do a partial renovation of my kitchen. I replaced my granite counter with quartz, put in a new sink, touchless faucet and tile backsplash. I bought the sink myself and they told me it was cracked and leaking. As I had just been released from the hospital and was on complete bed rest, I didn't see the sink until after it was installed. I did get a credit for the sink I bought but then had to buy the identical sink from Dolan for over $200 more. When the quartz counter was installed, there were two unsightly seams. We did complain about these and the installer came back but they said that was the best they could do. We let it go at that point but a few weeks later, we went to visit friends that just had an almost identical quartz counter installed. We had to search to find the seam in theirs. I took pictures and sent them along with photos of my seams to Dolan. They never responded. We spent over $45,000 in under a year with them and now have counter tops that look terrible. After this, I feel I can no longer recommend Dolan."

"They showed up and did a good job replacing wrought although I thought it was a little pricey. I have asked them to return to painted pieces and have yet to get this scheduled because of lack of follow up."

"Had a new Walk-In Shower installed complete with two shower heads, grab safety bars, accessories organizer shelf, and seat. This replaced the old fiber glass tub/shower unit. I still cannot get over the exceptional work performed by the two â hard workingâ installers. Everything they did, and I do mean everything was absolutely perfect!!! Great guys, professional and very helpful with any questions."
