His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). "I found Wes on Angie's list and gave him a very difficult cabinet leveling job and he burned through it like a hot knife through butter. The cabinets formed a 6-foot L shape, and was 1 3/4 inches off level over the worst run...that's a lot. The first thing he did was turn two problems into an advantage... Rather than having the end of the countertop way up in the air and the other run of the L up blocking the bottom of a window, he suggested scribing and cutting the cabinets down (instead of shimming up as normally done), to instead lower the high point which also brought the countertop nicely below the window. Two problems solved by thinking outside of the box; it never would have occurred to me, now would I have been capable of doing it. Wes scribed with a compass and took a skillsaw to the bottom of the cabinets, even the complexly shaped corner cabinet of the L...and dropped the cabinets in and each was within a tenth of a millimeter on his first try...amazing talent. <br /> Just hire Wes, you will be so glad you found him. <br />"

"Justin returned my call within a day (called Saturday, he returned my call Sunday). I gave him a description of the closet to be worked on and sent him pictures. Within an hour I had an estimate and when the job could be done, which was that Wednesday. Justin texted me Wednesday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. We talked about possible placement of the new clothes rods. The job went very smoothly and I was very exceptionally pleased with the outcome. What I particularly liked was that Justin used materials from the old closet (we are in an historic area) where needed. He also came prepared with 2 brackets for the longer rods -the brackets were not necessary but would be able to support a heavier clothes load. We discussed the pros and cons and decided to add the brackets. He left the job site clean and even put the clothes on the new rods. Justin is a very nice, competent young man. It was a pleasure doing business with him, so much so that I have him returning to fix the ropes and weights in our double hung windows and to revamp our laundry room (needs a sink and counter over the washer and dryer)."
