"Avoid! Capital?s quote was significantly more than others but they stated it was due to ?quality? of work and reputation. Lies! The project (yard drainage, pavers) took months and is still a full mess! Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

"I hired Mike company to remove an old flower and clean the area for planting grass seed. He quoted $250.00. Then came back and said $50 more due to a large bush. I agreed. The day of the job he told me he underestimated the job and it should be $400.00. He suggested we call it a day at $350.00. So my job went from $250 to $350. I paid him but I will never to business with him again. I had to hire another company to clear the area for grass seed"

They explained what they would do and the steps they would take to ensure that the foundation would not fail or crack. They arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly got to work on an extremely hot day. The results were outstanding. In just one day, they were able to repair the holes and loss of material and make the foundation look better than it had originally. They reworked the entire foundation rather than just patching it up. We were very happy. They stated that if we have any problems in the future, even if it is far in the future, they will come back and make any adjustments necessary."
