Jaime communicates highly over text and email. When I asked for video updates, he was great about sending videos and he was also very specific about the work being done in each video. When my wife and I came on-site, his team was very professional and safety was paramount from all the gentleman that worked in our home. They wore masks, respected all boundaries, and they cleaned up each evening.
