"Rea Professional Contracting did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom. We did a full remodel of everything, down to the studs. Their work is exceptional. We had to be out-of-town for a few days considered cancelling our trip. No need; Rea treated our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up nightly and were very respectful our privacy and the fact that we were "living" here while they were working. Would happily recommend them to anyone without hesitation."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"We were extremely happy with the outdoor shower this contractor installed for us. The workmanship is excellent and the finished shower looks beautiful. Michael Pedone was professional, reliable knowledgeable and paid close attention to every detail from start to finish We would highly recommend this contractor."

"Jose Is a fantastic choice for a remodeling job. He fully remodeled my kitchen and first floor including moving walls and installing new hardwood floors. Not only are his carpentry skills exceptional but he also has an eye for detail. He is meticulous and finished each project to my high standards. Jose is a great choice as he has the skills and knowledge to fully complete any job from demo to finishing and painting."

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"I had my kitchen remodeled by Greg and I was completely impressed by his work and I highly recommend him to anyone."

"Very professional and polite. Came on a Sunday stayed late to try and finish it all in one day. Quality of the work was excellent. They took their time and made sure all ceiling fans and light fixtures were in stalled properly and functioning correctly. Returned a day later and installed 2 new toilets. Highly recommend them."

"Tyler and his crew were great! always showed up on time and did great work. We are thrilled with our bathroom and will be using them in the future for other projects. Highly recommend them."

"This was my second time hiring Frankie and his team. In early 2019, I hired them to install some shower fixtures and closet doors in a co-op I was fixing up for sale. The work was done in a day and the guys left my place cleaner than they had found it. So this year, when we bought a new home, I hired Spirit again to paint the entire house. The guys were on time every day, got the entire job done on schedule, and their communication was great. I highly recommend Spirit Contracting to anyone looking for a company that takes tremendous pride in their work and will make sure that your project is finished on schedule and comes out the way you intended."

"Premier Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Charles Jr., Charles Sr and their crew went above and beyond to meet all of our requests throughout the project. They were very dependable and trustworthy and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We absolutely love our new, totally unrecognizable bathroom. We would definitely use Premier again."
