Jobs have ranged from small (installing a dishwasher) to major (a full bathroom gut/remodel), and anywhere in between (replacing all interior doors, rebuilding a front stoop, repairing rotted siding, etc.) I could not have been happier with their service every time. Jon has been the consummate professional - friendly, polite, conscientious, always on time, leaves the site clean, explains everything he's doing, and most importantly, does great work. An added bonus is having a professional office staff that is always there to answer the phone, keep you abreast of when the technicians will arrive, and follow up to make sure the work is satisfactory. Is Mr. Handyman the cheapest option out there? Probably not, since it is based on an hourly rate. However, pricing is not unreasonable, and for that you get high quality, reliable service. To me, that is well worth the cost. I've learned the hard way over the years that you generally get what you pay for. (Cheaper is not always better!) I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Central MetroWest and will continue to use them for all of my home repair needs."

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. "My project was to install two microwaves. TJ is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and neat. One of the microwave I bought was without the flush hinge. That prevented the door from opening full after it was installed. TJ patiently explained to me the kind that I need to buy and later that day spent extra time to finish my project. Total of 3 installations of microwave done within one day. He is wonderful and did such a superb job. I would recommend hiring TJ."
