He confirmed that since the installation of Hardie concrete fiber siding, there has been no further woodpecker problem. Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "Ramon from NMTI-GC came quickly to assess what needed to be done, Juan submitted an estimate in less than 24 hours, and Ramon went out of his way to obtain a work permit promptly. NMTI-GC arrived to install a new roof sooner than we had dreamed they could, and worked steadily in cold conditions until the work was completed. The roof has now held up well through 3 rainstorms. The crew, led by Wilson, was pleasant, professional, and hard-working, and we think they are honest. The cost was reasonable. "I can't recommend JMS Partners highly enough. They were transparent, creative, reliable, diligent and empathetic at a time when my Wife and I needed help. <br /> In January, we found out we were expecting twins which was great news. Unfortunately our home has been a renovation project on a house built in 1794 and the only suitable bedroom for a nursery had a 6 inch sag in the middle of the hardwood floor. In turn, all furniture tilted inwards, hardly ideal for swaddled babies. In March, we hired another contractor to come and do whatever was necessary to level the floor only to see him go completely dark (10+ calls with no response) on us at the time he was to come perform the work. With less than 2.5 months before the boys were due and not knowing how to fix the floor, we found ourselves in a tough spot.  <br /> We called several contractors referenced highly on Angie's List but only John from JMS responded in a timely way. He listened to our situation, not only taking time to understand what was wrong with the floor but the implications to us if it wasn't fixed. Despite being extremely busy (as many contractors were behind because of the long winter), John cleared his schedule and came by a couple of days later for an evaluation. To ensure that the right solution was devised, he also had his colleague Tom come perform his own analysis at a separate time. A solution was devised which involved jacking and bending a large structural beam incrementally over a few weeks and, once straight, nailing LVL boards to the side to keep the beam straight. From a contractors perspective, I could see this being less than ideal as it required them to make a number of periodic but quick visits to monitor the progress and deal with building inspectors. Despite it being out of the way, they made the trips and gave routine updates all the time giving us honest assessments around the potential results. Ultimately, they completed the project 2 weeks ahead of our due date, under budget and in compliance with our town's building codes. Further, you would never know there was a sag in the floor and our twins sleep very well at night.  <br /> These are truly good quality people in a time when that is very hard to find. <br />"

"The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

"Doug and his crew did a fantastic job. Showed up when he said he would. Had great pricing and was not satisfied with the project until we were. They installed more than 1500 sq ft of floor tile, granite steps and did a bathroom with 5 ft tiled shower. We will have him back to do the next section of our house. "I really love the Golden Group. We had them replace our asphalt roof on our house. We had gotten bids from five companies and Golden Group just stood out to me as a company driven by honesty and integrity. We had planned on the roof replacement happening on Wednesday last week - but had a family emergency. The guys showed up at 7 am and started getting setup (right on time), my wife talked with them and they packed up gave me the number for Freddy and said for us to call and they&apos;d return within 48 hours. They even sent flowers expressing their concern for our family emergency. We called Monday they came back Wednesday just like they said. They showed up right after 7 am and got started setting up and worked hard all day. Everything they did was clearly described and they did exactly what they said they would. Not a single surprise. They explained everything all day long - as the project progressed - they showed what was going on and what was happening next. Each step obvious and easy to understand. We ended up having eleven new pieces of plywood - not a surprise. We knew the old roof needed replacing and that just showed it really needed fixing even worse than we imagined. No other problems came up which was good to hear. Clean up, they used an industrial magnet over our yard three times to get up any stray nails. All the old asphalt shingles and anything else - nice and neatly cleaned up. Like other folks have said The Golden Group did an excellent job, very professional very nice folks. I really couldn&apos;t ask for any better they did an absolutely wonderful job for us."
