"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "Noah and his team are outstanding!! From the very first email we sent asking for a quote all the way through the entire project, not a single bad thing to say. Noah set a time to come out and take a look at our project, showed up on time and ready to go. We walked him through the details of what we wanted to do, showed him plans we had drawn up, he listed to us, suggested changes and / or different ways to look at things, answered all of my inane, contemptibly ignorant construction questions and got right back to us with a quote. The quote was fair, nothing was hidden, everything spelled out. Noah walked us through the entire process, explained what was going on, did daily walk-through's with us answering all of our questions and addressing any items that we brought up (there weren't many and those that we did have were VERY minor). The work was done exactly how Noah described, any changes reviewed with us first, again there weren't many needed. We were made aware of any potential delays, all of which were inspection / materials related, so we were never left wondering what was going on. His crew was fantastic, professional, personable, punctual, etc. Always on time and always working. EVERY night they left the site clean and organized, there was never a mess left behind. When the job was done you everything was clean and move in ready.... If I didn't live there I never would have known that they had done all that work, everything was tied into the existing footprint perfectly and left spotless. "Masonry work was outstanding. Signature Masonry came out and worked flawlessly with Dave Lane Building and Remodeling who was doing a repair and replacement on our roof. They came out and showed us a whole bunch of brick options and ultimately rebuilt our chimney so it looks fantastic from the street. Unfortunately for Signature Masonry.... nobody comes down our street! Really you can't do any better than Signature (and also Dave Lane's operation who both work in concert regularly). I might give Signature a call and see if they do outdoor brick ovens..."

We went with a blue stone which looks so natural in the back yard environment. His guys were professional and worked so hard to hand build this stone patio. The owner and/or supervisor was onsite each day to oversee the work. I would use Ferrandino enterprise again for any project we have. The cost was well worth the quality product we got. We rarely used our deck and rarely spent time in our back yard. Now we are out there all year round and love spending time in our back yard.
