"The tree trimming was done in one afternoon. Trees looked great and all the debris was removed. The removal of the 21 trees was done in stages. All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price."

"We had a massive tree we needed removed because the top branches were dying and one of the small ones, 12 feet long, fell off during a storm and hit the house. The tree was a 65-70 foot tall oak. We ended up calling a couple of folks to come out for estimates. Some of the other companies wouldn’t even touch the tree because it was on a steep hill. These guys were very, very reasonable and did fantastic work. The man who climbed the tree is exceptionally skilled. This tree was pretty close to the house and I was worried that one of the large branches would come in contact on the way down. Everything went very smooth between the removal and clean up. I could not be more impressed with a company. I will absolutely be calling them for any additional trees we want removed. They have earned my future business. I will highly recommend them to all our friends, family and neighbors. It would be a mistake not to check these folks out."

"I have been looking for someone to do this kind of work for a while since it doesn't make sense for me to own and maintain my own log splitter and manual splitting is not feasible.  I burn wood, and have large trees taken down from time to time (as do many of my neighbors). It makes no sense to pay to have felled trees hauled away, and then to buy firewood. 
I emailed Trevor with pics and a volume estimate of the wood I needed processed. He responded promptly with an estimate, his conditions, and a date. I accepted, and, without further ado, Trevor and assistant showed up at the agreed upon time. He quickly understood what I needed done and proceeded with the work efficiently, without any need for further discussion or direction. I was able to completely concentrate on some other work that I had to do.
A second work day (completed last week) went equally smoothly. A good plan, well-executed, at a fair price is how I summarized it.
As small, smart, local, niche businesses like this one succeed, we will begin to reclaim an economy that works for all of us, IMO.

"Adam came to the house gave the estimate and also an estimated time for the work to be completed. He kept in touch with us from our first meeting until the day the tree was to be removed. Adam and his crew showed up exactly as promised. Adam explained the process from start to finish. He is a wonderful representative for this company. You would never know a tree was ever there nor would you know it had just been removed due to the fantastic clean up. What a professional crew!"

"Dealing with Maintain It All was great. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and totally professional. We appreciated the frequent emails from them concerning the status of the service to be provided. Ryan, the estimator, was on time , and glad to answer any and all questions. He thoroughly explained what the job would entail, and the costs. He was efficient and professional. The technicians who did the cleaning, Keith and Mike, were likewise on time. They were really efficient, and were able to finish the job in short order. We appreciated the fact that they frequently asked if there were any parts of the house we wanted them to focus on. "He was good about calling initially and writing up a proposal.  However, he forgot about it or something of that nature because of instead of taking 1-2 weeks as he promised it took over a month.  And, I had to keep calling him to remind him because he kept forgetting.  He was very nice but somehow I think my job was getting lost in the shuffle.  When the guy came to do the work, I didn't know he was coming and he just showed up.  Luckily I was home.  He ground the stumps.There was a problem with one of them and the owner was going to check on it and get back to me.  The owner never got back to me on the decision and the worker just told me it couldn't be done.  That upset me since I had questions about it but the owner was not there.  Also, all the chips were left.  I told him I wanted them removed, but I the worker said it would cost extra.  I had assumed they would be taking them.  I wish he had asked me about this so I could have prepared.
All in all, the job was done appropriately and the worker did clean up.  However, I was dissatisfied with the management of the job.
