They took their time, had great attention to detail and even came back a 3rd day to do some caulking touch up and and another sweep of the yard for nails and old shingles. Communication throughout the process was top notch. My neighbor had his roof installed by a lower cost company on the same day and wishes he spent the extra money to have it done right. Their pricing is competitive, but may not be the cheapest. However, you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacements."

Our existing roof was 30 years old (it was originally a 30 year roof shingle installed back in 1989), it was not leaking but clearly had aged and needed to be replaced in the very near future. Jason Evans gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate to replace the shingles and the underlayments, ridge vents, 4 pipe collars, flashing and a new pre-fab metal chimney unit. Jason gave me the estimate back in July, and since I was not in a need to get the work done immediately, we scheduled the job for Monday, October 19, 2020. Jason's supplier dropped the material off at our house the Friday before (10/16), placing the packages of shingles on the roof. Jason's crew of 7 men started work at the break of dawn (7:20AM) on Monday with Jason personally supervising, and worked in such an efficient manner that they were finished and cleaned up by 2:30PM the same day. To let you know that Jason lives up to his company's motto. I asked Jason to look at my sister roof back in July after he gave me my estimate. I thought she may need a new roof because her roof looked to me like it need to be replaced. Jason looked at her roof and informed her that her roof was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. That is truly "A Roofer You Can Trust"! I would not hesitate to recommend Evans Quality Roofing for your roofing needs. Jason Evans is a gentleman, and an honest and reliable roofer."

"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "We remodeled the front exterior of our home and had Tom design a flat membrane roof for our new porch so that the porch would blend in to our home and not have a pitched roof taking away from the aesthetics. Lyons installed beautiful copper gutters to the front of our home. Their installation process was impeccable - they handle all materials with care and wear gloves so that the copper is beautiful and stays clean upon installation to weather naturally. We had some issues with a rear roof and had Lyons remove the old flat copper roof and install a slightly pitched roof on the rear overhang of our home. The new copper roof is beautiful and they even installed rain chains to blend in with the garden vs. having ugly copper or white gutters hanging off the roof onto our patio. We will definitely hire Tom and Lyons Contracting again when we are ready for a new roof. Tom is the best contractor around who installs copper gutters and slate roofs! We have an asphalt shingle roof now, but would love to replace that with a slate roof on our next phase!"

"I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."

Bill worked with me graciously when delays in other work on my house and adverse spring weather required pushing back his schedule.
