"I called and they said to not let anyone else touch the roof or it would void the warranty. They came and inspected the roof. The repairman (Juan) was very nice and polite. He saw that a large part of a ceiling was down and went onto the roof to inspect. He came back and said the roof was fine (another repairman had gone onto the roof and said that too!) so it must be coming from a side wall. I had someone repair the side wall. We agreed that it was not a roof problem and so I would pay for the inspection."

He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. "It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"Trustworthy--We live overseas and contacted RIBA when our tenants called about water coming from the ceiling. RIBA was there same day. Diagnosed problem, dried out the area, and worked with tenant and us to create a plan, fix, and remediation. Outstanding communication- pictures, text, emails at time of diagnosis, during the repair and at completion. I knew what was happening at every step. When tenant lumped in several other requests for unrelated "fixes" RIBA provided a fair assessment as to what needed to be done vs what was nice to have done. From the tenant and me- they gave an accurate picture as to what needed to be done and what could be done. There was no sales pitch to do more: only information so that we could make decisions. I will happily use them again in the future without fear of being oversold because I am not present for the quote or work."

"Everyone I worked with was prompt and professional. The sales pitch was a bit long winded, I could have gone without all the company accolades, but they did explain a few things I was not aware of with my existing roof. They did a follow up visit to make sure the estimate provided by the salesman was correct which was nice... no unexpected charges last minute. Materials were delivered the day before and the installers started right on time the following morning. Everyone was polite and courteous. The Project manager stopped in to make sure everything was being done to satisfaction and they even hauled away some old shingles from the previous owners. So far, everything looks really great. They are a bit more expensive than I wanted but the lifetime material and labor provides a lot of comfort."
