I got several bids from different roofing contractors. "It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"We bought our house last winter, and were hesitant to use the fireplace until it was inspected. I called A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper and Lee DePalma, the owner, came out within a couple days during peak season. He was careful to remove his shoes and place drop cloths to avoid making our house messy. He brushed out the fllue, inspected it's operation, and gave us several tips for maintenance. He had anthoer gentleman with him who looked at our exterior chimney. It was complete within 30 minutes. Overall, he was a very pleasant person and I will definately contact him beofre next fall for another cleaning.

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own.
