"We were told that owing to the size of the crack (up to 1/2 inch in spots) it could take 2-3 visits to get the crack sealed up. We did ultimately need 3 trips and he arrived on-time or slightly before each visit. The first treatment took the crack from "water running across the floor" to "teaspoons of water puddling at the base". The second visit reduced it to "wall is damp" and the final visit finished it off. The work was done in the early spring when it was very wet and we've had a dry summer, but now that the rains have started up again we see no sign of damp. The first visit required removing the old concrete and cleaning the crack for injection, the last two visits were just injection of more polyurethane foam. Each time, excess foam was removed, the wall was coated in a white cement, and clean-up was performed."

They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat. "The entire project went very well. The crew performed the job within the time frame specified and within the quote/price agreed upon. Bob (contractor/owner) was very precise in his proposal which meant I knew exactly what materials and fixtures were included in the quote. This was a far cry from the other companies I contacted previously who provided sloppy quotes, dubious pricing and vague information on their proposals. I requested some changes to the scope of work (i.e. tile choices, faucet types etc) and they all went very smoothly since everything was clearly itemized in Bob's proposal. Brian (installer) and his crew did a wonderful, top-quality job the entire time. We had a few minor hiccups along the way but Brian handled them quickly and professionally. The crew made sure that the entire area was swept clean at the end of the day and that provisions were made to keep the rest of the home as dust-free as possible.
