Jose from day one was extremely professional from start to finish and takes pride in his work. So you can expect perfection on finish work. Alta gave us a fair priced estimate and a very detailed estimate of scope of work from start to finish. No surprise charges. The work was done in a timely fashion and completed on the timeline set forth. We were and are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the project. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. "I highly recommend Craft Construction NY. Due to a flood in my home, there was extensive damage to the walls, kitchen, bathroom, floors and entryway. It was a very depressing time, but Marty assured me that he had this, and he did. The renovation of the kitchen involved repairing walls, installing cabinets, an island, countertops, tiling, and replacing the old floor with laminate. The bathroom walls and ceiling had to be gutted and replaced, heating elements had to be moved, toilet and sink had to be moved and re-installed to a different location, and he also installed an egress window which looks gorgeous. The entryway was not damaged, but it was very dark. Marty suggested that the wall be taken down, and another wall opened to install three windows, which he did, and it’s beautiful. Marty is a perfectionist with an artistic eye and his work is amazing. He has a great crew. They were on time, hardworking, and professional. They respected my space and kept it tidy."
