"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. "Hire Robinson & Sons Concrete he was not the cheapest quote but I felt he could do the project. I wasn't totally happy with the end result but due to the day they poured the concrete it was hot 80 degrees. He was supposed to pour 11 yards the concrete got away they salvaged it but a few blemishes one low spot. I feel Mr. Robinson would do it different if to do it again. Work crew was professional. Glenn showed up on time. I would hire them again."

They built a 600ft drive and installed a tile for ditch at the end of the road graded the land off smooth and spread gravel down the drive to my house and garage.
