"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen.  I am so pleased.  I never dreamed it would look this good ever again!  Mr Logan is a gem!  He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional. "They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

Joe was the first to call back and shortly after everyone else also called, I contacted him February 9thand told him of my schedule. He did a little checking and said the 10th would work. He came out the next day at 8:30. Made introductions and very brief small talk. He did mention that removing spots in heavily trafficked areas would be difficult if not impossible in some cases. I think that goes with the territory but I understand his need to say it. He had his son with him and immediately went to work. To say Joe is efficient is an understatement. I went out to check on progress at 8:50 and he was almost finished . Just to clarify it is a big room with easy maneuverability so he didn't have a lot of obstacles to contend with. Nonetheless he works quick and his record speaks for itself. I examined the room after it dried and it looked clean to me and nobody knows your carpets like the owner does."

I figured out the sq footage of the ceiling area needed to be scraped off and Jason was able to respond quickly, file the necessary permits, and we set a date that worked for both of us. The workers arrived promptly as planned, did the work and completed the work on time. They walked us through upon completion. We were delighted with the ease of doing business with them, the good communication which addressed any issues we had, and they left the job site clean. The invoice was exactly what was quoted, no hidden fees or charges. Much easier than we expected, always a nice surprise."
