The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. "Where to start. They respected an elder man's request to post pone due to weather. Then when they were given the go ahead they got right on the job getting it skeduled. After an equipment issue the guys got started and did a great job taking off the old siding keeping things picked up an cleaned up. The start latter in the morning helped make sure the moisture would not be an issue. Chad was amazing in his work ethic and efficiency in all aspects of this job! He was understanding an considerate of the elder man's inspection. He got the job done with special attention made to the hard wind side's of the house. He did the work of at least 4 guys an did an amazing job. The company checked on the progress which was great. I definitely would recommend this company"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
