"From the first time I talked with Justin he was very professional and very honest, I had 10 different quotes from 10 different people, he wasn’t the cheapest, but he was fair with his quote and honest with what it would take, he arrived a week later with his crew and they did a good job for the most part, one big complaints was with his crew, not with him, he was professional while he was there, but he left a lot for other bids and stuff which I understand, he didn’t have enough materials to finish up my roof so he had to come back a few months later, which was fine because he had almost everything finished up, my only real complaint I would say is we had agreed on a price and to keep the budget we told him not to worry about getting the dumpster we would just load it into the truck so my parents came and we picked and hauled off the old shingles, the price went up a few hundred more the last day, which was kind of frustrating as I had budgeted for what we had discussed,"

"Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."
