Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. He explained the process beginning with how to contact my insurance company and what I needed to say and as a result they fully funded the job. Chris also pointed out some water damage that I wasn't aware of. He also explained the time line from start to finish, and what to expect during the work. He throughly explained the contract and addressed all questions and concerns. He was available during all the steps. I was able to contact Chris via text, phone or in person. The roofers and painters were efficient and cleaned up everything after completing their work. I strongly recommend this company for any home improvement projects you may be considering."
