The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. Results look fantastic, we had a cracked kitchen countertop and work they did is amazing, you can't tell there was any type of damage to it. Flawless work, good price and fast service. Thank you! "Classic was recommended by our designer.  We found their inventory of granite to be very good at reasonable prices.  They were prompt for the template and removal and install of the counter top.  Their counter top install team are excellent craftsman at their trade and efficient users of time, very neat and clean up after themselves..  Where we ran into a problem with Classic was the re-connection of our plumbing after the install.  The counter top team left at approximately 3:15 pm on Monday.  They said the plumber would be by to take care of re-connecting the plumbing that afternoon.  Unfortunately, he never showed up.  I called the next morning and they had no idea what had happened.  After my initial call, I was contacted and promised the "plumber" would be by after 4 pm on Tuesday to hook things back up.  At 3:27 pm we received a call from Classic saying their "plumber" would be delayed until after 6 pm and that he would call when he was 30 minutes out.  At 6:24 pm I called Classic to see where he was.  I was surprised they answered the phone, but they did.  Their rep got the "plumber" on the phone and he said he was tied up at an earlier appointment and might not be able to come until after 8 pm.  I told the rep, that he could come the next morning at 9 am.  I was told after being without water in the kitchen for 28 hours that things didn't work that way, he had appointments they would do their "best".  Approximately 35 minutes later I received a call from the "plumber".  He said he would be here in 15 minutes or so.  He arrived about 7:15 pm.  In talking with him I found out he wasn't a "plumber" after all, but the Service Manager.  After about an hour he had everything re-connected and we tested and observed for leaks, which did seem to occur.  He was then on his way and we could finally put things back together.  So we started at 9:15 am on Monday morning and it took until approximately 8:15 pm Tuesday for things to be back to normal.  The lesson I learned from this was they are <strong>great at granite, lousy at making sure they customer is whole when they finish, and they might answer the phone if you call after they close.</strong> <strong></strong> <br /> They sell good quality granite and their technicians associated with that part of the business are really great!  I will consider them next time to supply the granite, but since the "plumber" that works for them really isn't a plumber, but a Service Manager, won't consider them for a second shot at plumbing work. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved."

"This was a long project, as my kitchen wasn't constructed to support the weight of a granite countertop. In addition, I had a radiator under the sink which restricted the size of the replacement under mount sink. Initially, things went quickly. I met with Teri at the showroom, was informed of options and the like, and scheduled a measuring with Joey. I put down an estimated 1/3 at this time. Joey came as scheduled and I was informed and shown that part of my counter didn't have sufficient strength to support the granite. A possible solution was decided on and the project was put on hold while we waited for a kitchen cabinet maker to meet with me to see if the solution would work. Eventually, I met with an excellent cabinet maker and we ended up replacing part of my kitchen with new custom cabinets and at the same time removed the old cast iron under sink radiator and put in a modern slim radiator. After the cabinet was installed, WMG came out and did a beautiful job on the installation of the granite and the under mount sink. A plumber finished off the work and we're very happy with the final product."

"Finally!!! Someone who takes pride in their work! We bought an old home and have worked with many contractors. It’s extremely hard to find great help and that’s what I expect when I am putting out so much money for things to be done. So when I’m pleased with an outcome I want to share it with everyone. Dave with Eastern Tile, did our entire shower, which included a stone wall and the bathroom floor and because everything was so beautiful from there my in-laws hired him to tile their bathroom floor as well. There was no rushing. He took time making sure everything was perfect and that the stones in the wall were placed evenly throughout. We were never left hanging, he showed up every day from start to finish. Every evening the room was tidied up, and nothing was left for us to clean. We already let him know before he was finished that we will be calling him when we move on to the kitchen. He knows because we said it over and over, but I’ll say it again, thank you Dave for everything."

"Dealing with Frank's was a great experience from start to finish. This is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. Frank took the time to show me around the plant and explained how the granite is cut and polished. Carmine was a pleasure to deal with, was very direct and honest, and had many good suggestions. Their installation team did the work on the date promised, were literally in and out in about 3 hours, and the work transformed my kitchen. The in-house measurements led to a perfect fit. They suggested that we build up my existing cabinetry about 1/2" to ensure ease of removal of my dishwasher in the future if needed. I was concerned about the color match - but it was perfect! My house was spotless when they left. I am a big fan of customer service, and you can do no better that Franks. I would <strong><em>highly recommend them</em></strong> to anyone who is looking for granite, marble, or related products. <br />"

"<p>After waiting two hours for the first appointment the call center kept telling me they were on the way and would call me. Hours later the local person called and said he was out of town and that Angie's list had mixed up the appointment time and date. I reminded him that his call center had confirmed the appointment by email and phone.</p> <p>After rescheduling for a later date the tech arrived and performed the service. "Their selection was very good and their service was fantastic, but the materials that I picked out and liked were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be. I looked online and found the exact same material for almost half the price, so I haven’t made a final decision yet. My step daughter went there when she was redoing the bathroom in her house and the tile that she picked was some pretty basic stuff and it was beautiful and she was happy with the price, and the location was also very convenient. I looked at natural stone and it was a lot more expensive than I thought. They were wonderful people and had a terrific selection and pulled all sorts of things to show me. They gave me an estimate and detailed information about what products we were looking at."

"Of all the stone yards I visited in my quest, European Granite was the only one charging the same price for all the stone available.  Thus I was able to get exactly what I wanted even though I was very concerned about price.  Emre, the manager, is willing to negotiate on price.  All the staff were extremely easy to work with.  Everything was done as promised and on time. He showed me the product in his warehouse and even had the crane pull it out so we could see the full piece and take pictures. He stopped by to take our measurements the next day, and a week later they did the install. Took less than 2 hours to put it all in, plus plumbing.
