Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place.
